Some people are insane and expect to recoup 100% costs they spend on the mods. The guy is quite frankly out of his mind. There was a local 2014 200 built with front/rear bumpers, winch, lifted, etc. 32k miles, under factory warranty for the same money this guy wants for his 150k mile 2008. It will sit for a LONG time unless he cuts the price by about $20k.
Kinda reminds me of this 140k mile GX470 the owner is selling for "$53k firm". I get it - you think your truck is the best one in the world, but anyone who buys at these prices for a truck with those kinda miles has no clue:
Adventure Driven's Sexy Lexy, 2007 Lexus GX470 Silver KDSS, $100,000 build - Expedition Portal
Pretty obvious to me that by "professionally done" = a dealer bought the highest mileage 200 they could find at a low cost, bought a bunch of mods, had their mechanics install it, and put it for sale at a giant markupI'm surprised by the way the guy with Lexy approached his sale. I found it to be actually a little weird. Also, I know people shouldn't complain about how a lister prices their vehicle and we should be nice and all, but I mean throwing some sense of reality at the person shouldn't be frowned upon. They didn't buy a house, the bought a vehicle which is almost always going to depreciate.
Yeah he has it on eBay at $47k too. I think it still priced too high...It's still for sale on his site
If it's not priced to high and it sells, I know what my next venture will be!Yeah he has it on eBay at $47k too. I think it still priced too high...
