First, WOW! I am super-impressed by your modifications (especially since you say: "This is the first vehicle in my 39 years I've truly ever worked on..."). That makes me a little more confident about my own plans.
Moreover, I've found a build I can refer back to as I modify my new (pre-owned) rig.
I have a question for you...
Did you / can I paint an OME (yellow) shock or strut so it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb on my Black Cherry Pearl FJC?
UPDATE: I have since learned it is possible / okay to paint the OME (yellow) shocks.
