buddy looking for a shop space to rent for project 40 (1 Viewer)

i have a buddy who is considering a move to houston and is having difficulty finding anything to rent that would house a cruiser project, either home-wise or industrial space-wise.

anybody have any leads? he is looking at a job off of the katy freeway near eldridge. looking for ~500 sf of project-dedicated space, more is better, 220V present or accessible.

Has he tried Craigslist? That's where I found the space I rent. May be hard to find one as small as 500 sq ft. Most of the ones in Dallas are 800 sq ft and up.
