Budbuilt Skids in RED...Install pics

I've put a BudBuilt crossmember and tcase skid on both my 85 4runers, I wouldn't wheel it without them. Bud's products are just great and he is a great person to work with as well.

The stuff is super heavy so don't expect to hold it up with one hand while attaching bolts with the other.

I've always painted mine bright red as well.

I have a set coming in this week. I went without powder coating? Anyone use a rattle-can or some kind of retail bedliner paint? Seems like these will always need touching up?

I rattle canned the second part of the set when I got them. Apple Orchard Red from Lowes seems to match pretty much perfectly. I'll be touching up with that too.

I have also, they are great... best I have seen so far, there all flat nothing to get caught on... I went with the black, like my FJ.

Yeah, I don't know about Line-X. I'd think it would just scrape off.
