I just received my shock guards, anyone have any idea of the required torque for the Strut bolt from Toyota? (no instruction in package other than "Use anti-seize on all threads).

Lower shock mount - 72 ft/lbs

That's a number worth remembering and checking every now and again to make sure they are not loosening up. There are a couple threads here from folks who have found the bolts missing.
