BT35 on 2006 LC

I want to order the BT35 for my 2006 LC to gain BT audio streaming. Does anyone know if you can use the BT35 for streaming, and use the OEM BT for calls? I like the phone book feature and the mic works really well on the OEM system.

Another option that I chose to go for was the Vaistech Soundlinq 3 and extended with a2dp/bt steaming by adding a Bluetooth docking adapter on the iPhone connector. That way I still can use the cd changer and maintain the Bluetooth oEM system. Your phone will likely support being connected both to the OEM car system and the music feature. I have a iPhone 5. All works brilliantly and connects automatically, and off course mutes down for incoming calls! Sound is good as well!

LC100, thanks for the suggestion!

I ended up ordering the BT35 after emailing tech support. They said so long as my phone can connect to the BT35 for music and the car for calls, there shouldn't be a problem.

I just installed an MML earlier this week. Part of me wishes I'd gone with a wireless solution instead.
If the BT35 works well for streaming and doesn't interfere with the stock BT phone capabilities (which until I read your post, I didn't think possible), I'll probably try and replace the MML with the BT35.

I got it installed no problems, and it streams fine. I was able to retain OEM bluetooth function as well. You just need to be able to select one device for streaming and one for phone. I need to test receiving a call while streaming tomorrow.
