I worked with a guy from L.A. (Lower Alabama), and he had previously worked for a heavy equipment repair company. All their fleet trucks were diesel burners and they had a small pump rigged up on the oil pan. Every fill up it would some how sense the tank filling and pump a metered amount of engine oil into the tank. You'd then replace whatever was put into the tank and drive off. Just replace the filter ever so often.

Thats one way to lube the injectors.

Anybody in the club feel like giving a brutha a hand pulling a cab of a truck at pull a part?

Also, is it possible to pull a cab and front clip with the wiring harness in place without wrecking it?

when ya planin it?

Probably not this hitch but maybe next.

Would like to make a check and recover from a recent purchase.

roder that ----- nice!

I keep thinking of new stuff to replace the 4runner. Got to thinking about what is actually wrong with it and am thinking a new body and tires that can actually be balanced would probably be cheaper than a new truck and starting from scratch.

I flip flop alot :( i know you guys probably get tired of hearing it.

roger dat. 2 :grinpimp:

Has anyone ever swapped a cab on a vehichle before? How did you handle the registration after the swap? I called the DMV to ask if I would keep my vin number from the frame (are toyota frames even marked?) or if I would have to apply for a lost title for the new cab and they acted like I was trying to do something noone has ever done before.

Hate to put all the effort into putting the new cab on the 4runner and then still not being able to drive it on the road again.
