What is on the front of the second and third rigs?
Sleds for crossing deep ravines. They have one in the front and one in the back. I need the DVD of that trip.

What is on the front of the second and third rigs?
i thought those contraptions were to catch the cruisers if they accidentally encounter a crack in the glaciers so they will not fall in?
That show was Awesome...I love the way they filled those huge tires up....they poured Naptha and lit it with zippo...boom! They calculated the dose to explode and seat the tires ....awesome.... I might start doing that with SPLIT RIMS....watch out!!!!!!!!!! J/J![]()
The video is $14~19 (has the trucks on cover)....of course, you might see a BL Video at the Crawl....you can record it on the 26th if you have the SCI channel...
I'd like the whole collection myself...as each show was great...
BTW, here's a complete episode of Million Dollar Motors for you (well it's over 45 min.)

sweet 80.
I was looking for some travel arrangements today and this just popped up on my screen. They are turbo diesel. Marve Spector rented one a few years ago down there. It took deep water and steep hills pretty well and very comfortable.
Okay, that's it, I'm taking my fender flares off.....I'll do it for Sicily Island....I'm taking the 80...
So you say'in the rocks etc will hit the body without? Good point.....Dan was say'in that I'd have a bunch of holes left over where the bolts go thru...![]()
Justin says (about the tires):
"They are 255/85r16 BFG MT (34x10) and they do rub the inside of the
rear
well at full articulation but not bad. These tires have been GREAT...
Quiet on the road and dig well off road. I treat the "Colonel" like a
pice of equipment/tractor but also use it as a daily driver (100 miles
a
day). Thanks to the 3B diesel it does not break the bank.
I have not posted the pic to IH8MUD but I have no objections... just
don't know how."
I erroneously identified fellow mudder My81FJ as Justin Wehring when I posted picture of Wehring's rig and I apologize for the mistake. I thought Justin was a member of our club posting as "My81FJ" who needed help loading the picture. In fact, Justin is originally from Donaldsonville, LA but is now living in the Houston area and his IH8MUD ID is Texas BJ-42 and not My81FJ.
I can be flogged now...
