Okay it must be an oman, the other day I was watching The Rundown there was an FJ40 in it. This morning I was watching JAG there was another FJ40 in it. Bring on the SCC

Its funny most people wouldn't notice them, the animated Open Season at the start of the movie she's driving Boog around in a red FJ40, in 8 Below the main character comes back to the states and drives a nice FJ45. I told the wife look at the cruiser, she said yea I want one like that.

In the SOR LC video, they mention a FJ40 that they used in a film and Blew it up...it flew up high and returned to ground all blown up....they joked about how it'd probably still run----and it did!

Should I dare venture to CHAT??#?!!!

You take your life into your own hands. I can't take responsibility.

I'll find the link so y'all can go directly to that thread if you want. Another movie was that volcano one and the former James Bond guy drives a red 60 that gets eaten by lava.

Dante's Peak. Sort of like Twister minus Helen Hunt's :bounce2::bounce2:

I remember that, good flick he should have kept the cruiser to cross that river instead of the Sub. What was he thinking.

Someone with some mad video skills need to chop all of these cruiser scenes out of these movies and put them on a DVD. "Cruisers In Hollywood"

I'd like to give a Thank You to Mike Theriot not only for being an outstanding club member and always willing to help out his fellow cruiserhead pals but he also gave the club a $100 sponsorship today. Thank You Mike.

On a side note Everything the club receives goes back to it members one way or the other. Take advantage of your membership with free labor and help at wrenching sessions, parts discounts (%20 O-Reilly is in the works), and we always represent ourselves accordingly with a well prepared cajun meal at group events and family events. In other words "Free Meal" not exactly but its your membership & sponsorship dollars at work.

Next "Free Meal" will be at the Southern Cruiser Crawl next weekend. On the menu is Corey Futch's famous Jambalaya, its good, just ask the people of Hammond that gobbled up the leftovers at this years Expo. We'll also bring some boudin or what Texan's call spicy wheenies.

Enjoy your weekend.

Just when I thought I might have to sell the other 8274 (have 3), I find this!!! Check out how they mounted the 8274 to the STOCK bumper...the stock bumper is ripped to shreds, and their 8274 setup is in place.

I get nervous going under my truck on jackstands.

Great photos. I thought I would have to swap the Bridgestone HT's on my 100 before going down that trail, until I spotted a GEO Tracker and a stock Cherokee at the campsite (no Chinnok air transports in sight)...both with mailman tires.
