Be wary of the columbia and peru ones. usually pieced together with random parts. Not as much money down there to buy oem parts so just be careful and expect the worst.
No idea on importers. I can help with an Aussie one. Kina in NH or Wally in VT can do the RHD to LHD steering conversion for reasonable cash if that's your anti-aussie issue. I'd get an aussie one unless you have a specific rare model you've found
