My wipers stopped working..... in a snow storm. After some investigating, I determined the motor seems to be functioning itself, but the gear inside is slipping due to it being broken where it mates with the "shaft". Unfortunately I am unable to download photos on here for some reason, but its the big circular gear. Does anybody know where I can get one of these gears or a fix? I am assuming that the shaft is splined wear the gear is attached. since it just cracked it is essentially slipping it might be salvageable. I know they are most likely discontinued..but no sense trashing when the rest of it is good. Has anyone else ran into this?
