The fog light on the driver side had a jagged hole in the middle of the lens:

About half of the glass was long gone, so I removed what was left with pliers and cleaned it up. All it needs is a replacement lens, approx 4 inches in diameter, but I've spent many hours hunting for one on the interweb and have found NOTHING. For what it's worth, this is what the housing looks like:

The ARB bumper is #3420100. The IPF fog light is #9249FCK, and they trace back to 2007-2009 (meaning: obsolete). There are a number of 'replacement' fog light units for sale, but reading some reviews it seems modifications are required that some have found to be a pain in the ass to fit properly.

Is there anyone here who has one, just one of these units, or a lens in their stash of stuff? If it turns out a dead end, I could use some recommendations on any replacement units that will fit.

Fingers crossed!

The Classifieds are for parts searching. The tech forums are for tech. I'll leave this here for now.

Thank you. I'll spend some time this morning searching the link above. :) FINGERS STILL CROSSED!

Wanna know how I did it? Read on:

After many hours searching for 4.25 inch diameter lenses I found these on (of course) Ebay

They fit perfect - $20 plus shipping.

Unfortunately I had to break some glass to make a set:

Broke my heart, but couldn't save the clear lens without breaking it so....

The housing cleaned up nicely. Last was the silicone sealant

Would like to show a pic of the lights lit up, but my rig is a dual battery system, and the Optima Yellow Top only showed 1.12 volts on the multimeter, even after two hours of charging. Gonna have to remove and take it to O'Reilly's for a load test before I pronounce it DOA.
