My buddy comes to work today and drags me outside to 'listen to his '99 Taco'. Severe squealing coming from the PS front wheel. Said he hit a small bump and it started making this noise. Hard to tell without taking the wheel off, but it was too hot. I suggested a broken brake pad or broken caliper. Anything else you guys can think of? 
Sure didn't sound like any rock I've ever heard before!!!!
