If its not a BC registration you will have to have the vehicle inspected before you can insure...There will also be other hoops to jump through with title, like a chain of custody or notary stamping declaration for it's origin, purchase price, etc.

OK, you'll need to be a bit more clear as your dealing with people from all over the world here. You are requiring a clean British Columbia VIN only is what I gather.
In regards to what you just stated you should be careful advertising your intentions.

Probably BC but I can’t say for sure.
