Does anyone here have any familiarity with this brand of trailer? My GF picked this up and I'd like to find a cover for it before the fiberglass top gets destroyed by the NM sun. Let me know if you can help out. I put a post on my local CL for someone make one out of Sunbrella.

Thanks.

Ali,

They use to be assembled in Midland, TX. I had a good friend that worked there back in the 90s. I think they pulled out of the US market in 2001 though.

From a google search..... Maybe email the Denmark contact and see if you get a response,

GL

"Many thanks for your email and please excuse the delay in reply.

We truly regret that our partnership with Real Trailers has come to an end.

For better understanding of the situation please let me explain our setup in the US market. The manufacturing operations with Real Trailers Inc. was based on supplies of trailer building kits from our factory in Europe, however a great part of the final product was based on US sourcing of essential materials such as, roofs, side panels, light system etc. Therefore Real Trailers completed the manufacturing of the trailers as vehicle alterer. Unfortunately we cannot replace this expertise and operation through a new franchisee or distributor, nor are we in a position to meet the necessities supplying fully assembled trailers into the market.

We are aware that this situation has created concern among dealers and owners of Brenderup trailers as regards to spare parts supply and any future claim issues.
However, we aim to establish spare part supplies directly to former dealers of Real Trailers Inc. and will keep warranty service running out of Europe. The spare parts and warranty service will only cover parts supplied originally from Thule Trailers in Europe. All parts originally sourced in North America need to be sourced locally. (TrakHack's emphasis)

I hope that the above explains and brings understanding to this unfortunate situation.

Also please feel free to contact me if you have any other questions.

Med venlig hilsen/Best regards/Mit freundlichen Grüssen
