GROM infotainment upgrade

This truck has some issues:
Rust present underneath from early life in Wisconsin. Non structural according to Toyexus in Denver, CO
Rack and pinion appear to be going. Steering has become a bit vague this winter, but not egregious.
ABS light on dash but believed to be sensor only.
Tear in drivers seat leather.

Was only the rear given the 2" lift? Not sure but looks like a severe rake in the pictures.

It’s my understanding that it was front and rear (done by previous owner).

Seems a reasonable starting price but I agree something is assuredly off with the lift, the height should not be that different.
Maybe the torsion bars need adjusting or they didnt get swapped and were just cranked?
