Break Pads Part Number and Description confusing (4 Viewers)

Looking for the right brake pads for my UZJ100 1999, I recognized different part numbers.

Not only here for break pads I see this, a LHD (Left Hand Drive?) and VX and another one sounding similar, but not containing the info of LHD and VX.

Anyone knows which one to go for and what's the difference in general?

They’re pretty much all the same. The part numbers are superseded or updated over time.

I prefer to use the Toyota EPC site because it has all the detail on that. If I’m still having trouble I google the part number + Ih8mud. You’ll often find a thread covering it.
