FYI Today was closure date for comments and I appear to have missed the deadline. I had planned spending some time reworking the suggested comments and then mailing it, but I thought the deadline later in the month. When I identified my error today, I submitted comments via the letter writing website so it went in on the 9th but may not be accepted as being received by the 9th.
