Sorry, I am in a rut, and the Mrs is tired of the beer soaked fixins. What else can I do with these?

Precook them, slice, saute with veggies, garlic and herbs and toss with pasta.:D

Or go with Cajun seasonings and serve over rice.

Invite me over.
You can honestly do whatever you want to these things, and I'm sure they'll be exceptional. There are few sausages in this world that can beat a brat.
Personally, I'm a hot mustard and sourkraut kinda guy

open the end, squeeze out the guts. Make Bratburgers. YUM!!!!

Fresh from the barbecue, cutted in thick slices, pour some Heinz or similar Ketchup over it and put some Curry Powder on top of it.

I would so go for that wiithout Ketchup! Neat idea!

By the way, Splitshot, are your cooking pics taken on that new grill your wife brought home?

I go back and forth between grilling them and using my German Grandmother's method of cooking them in a pan on the stovetop with a little water in the pan to steam. Either way they are good.

I prefer them with saurkraut, mustard and horseradish. Add a little spaetzle and potatoes on the side and you are set.

Nope, the 'ol weber. New one is waiting for me to break out the welder for a rolling cart to drop it in.

johnsonville sells them in patty form...no need for squeezin'

I like to mix some in with ground beef when I make pasta sauce and/or chilli. It brings some good mellow porky flavor to it...

Are those green chili's? Also the when does the chili roasting start here in AZ? I am needing to stock up and piss the wife off again Last year she came home from shopping and asked why there were 30 something mini freezer bags full of chili and where were we going to put other freezer items  Told her we needed a new freezer for the garage

Peppers are absurdly easy to grow in AZ:idea:. Try your luck at growing your own, then you'll have them just about all year around.:bounce::bounce2:
