On the 200 series platform does the fronts or rear normally wear out first? Also what are you finding as "normal" number of miles before brake job required front/rear?

I've got 47k on my LX and the dealer told me at last oil change I still have 50% remaining in the front, 45% in the back. Guess I'll take the hit and get them done at the same time when its due.

Thanks when I bought mine with 27k miles the Toyota dealer I bought it from put new pads on the front. Guess the lady that owned mine in Dallas used the brakes a lot!! But I can see that based on the traffic. I'm real easy on brakes, so I am now probability good I hope until 60k.

I only got 25K out of mine (fantastic Long Island, NY traffic), front and rear wore even.

Fronts first and they seem to go faster than expected. 30k is not uncommon.

I usually see front and rear at the same time. And they eat up some pads. I dont own a 200, but I see them often at work.

I've got 35k and still plenty of pad...
