Bose is an audio company, not suspension. If you want to improve the ride over speed bumps try upgrading the shocks or springs. Depending on if you have AHC, putting in an air ride system in the rear could help as well.
It's definitely interesting technology that's only beginning to show up in the very high end. And it requires incredible amount of technology integration with the car so don't get your hopes up to see it as an aftermarket add on anytime soon.
AHC is about as close as you will come as it will soften valving under straight ahead conditions, with some dynamic harmonic compensation for things like washboard roads.
KDSS can do nothing for this scenario as it's focused on sway bar related compliance.
