Word on the trail is there are secret runs they do only for the upper crust. Non event secret runs. Camping at a koa This sounds like something only a select few would enjoy .
Seems I may have gotten myself involved with a less than stellar lot of hooligans.Did you see todays post, apparently if you wish to attend SAS 9, getting a campsite reservation doesnt guarantee a SAS registration, the event is so popular you better register early, wouldnt want to miss it or the secret runs. Now to more important things, do we bring metal or silicone spatulas ?
Ditcherman. Unlike some may believe We all love to wheel and we all love Toyotas. And on the trail everyone always gets along . Except for the puristslol Jk. The entire. Point about the SAS bs is that run is over let it go. 90 percent of the post should be a pm to someone. But for what ever reason some feel they have to keep that thread relevant
. I get it they want to grow the event and hey why wouldn’t they but show some respect to the other runs that they try and cover . People miss seeing things because they want to talk about what color socks they should wear
. I certainly am not the hall monitor here . I myself promote TLCA events. Now this run is a memorial run for someone who was very dear to some so I will do my best to honor that individual. He also was one of us . Someone who enjoyed Toyotas and wheeling . FWIW I have just as much fun cruising the gravel roads in Ourey as I do climbing the rocks on Fordyce or cruising through Moab . One thing about me though is I will say what I think and I can give a valid reason for saying it .
You’re probably not in the minority, the other forum I’m involved in it’s really just a few that always go on and on. Core group. And just like in here, many of them are good friends in the real. The point is, they run some trails with beautiful views and would be a great week of wheeling, but it's almost drowned in a whole lot of talk about things I don't really care one way or the other way about. I want to know about the wheeling, the area and what preparations to make. It's obvious I'm in the minority. But a hardcore trail is just as fun as some light trails and exploring, just in a different way. Wheel it all
