I am about 95% finshed with installing a winch on my 60, the wiring is about all that is left to do. I can not decide if i just want to weld the bumper on or fight with drilling some holes in some tricky places for some more grade 8 .5" bolts...

What does everybody think?

The bumper is made from 2x6 3/16 wall tube and the mounting plate for the winch and where i notched the bumper for the fairlead is .25"... I was able to tuck the winch in pretty far, it only sits about an 1" away from the the cross memebr that is under the core support...

yea i know my knuckles are leaking...:D

Weld it.

Its good to know you still have oil in the axle, its when your knuckles stop leaking that you need to do something.
