Im putting the running boards back on my 2000 100 series and can not find the bolts that came out. Does anyone know the size of them or have some they might sell.

I have the brackets bolted to the boards just not the bolts that go into the truck I think there are 4 on each side.

Have you checked the actual body underneath the truck? I assumed the same thing and went out and bought a bunch of bolts to try. After i got home and looked underneath the truck they were already there just waiting to be undone. I don't know if that is consisant with all trucks but it makes sense assuming if you didn't have them it would be a great place for rust to start destroying your truck. Hope this helps.

I took them off over a year ago when I was driving the 100. Now my wife is driving it and Im driving thr 80 series so she wants them back on. I have them but they are in a bucket with 1000s of bolts so it would take me a while. I was hoping to just buy some new ones and save the headache

In that case i think they were between 8 and 10 mm. Napa will let me take a couple different sizes out and try them out. Good luck sorry I couldn't be more help.

heads were 12mm...so prob 10mm??? they were a mix of bolts and nuts if i can remember???

I have one of these right on the corner of my desk (this one was lost when taking the RB appart...then found... then put on my desk... finally it spent the winter there)
The diameter is 8 mm (15mm lenght), metric size, regular thread (1.25 I guess).
According to my memory, the bolts have the same size.

I've got them all sitting on my workbench from when I removed mine. Send me an e-mail and I'll send them to you.

Nick
