Was just wondering if it would be worth replacing the rubber body insulators on an aging 100 to minimize road vibration. At 168K miles my 2002 LC doesn't seem to ride as smooth and quietly as it used to. When I replace the front shocks recently I found the upper bottom shock bushing was squished flat and hard. Got me to thinking about the pucks. Anyone ever changed them and noticed any difference in ride quietness/smoothness?

I would suspect that the rubber has hardened over the years just like every bushing does. I would guess to say you would maybe see a slight difference, but I would focus on other bushings and suspension components before I went to replacing the body mount isolators.
