Body Mounts (1 Viewer)

Looking for some clarity on choosing body mounts:

I understand what the diagram below explains as far as Types, but which mounts do we choose between 3&5, 4&7, and 6&8? My 1992 HZJ73 meets both conditions of the main diagram and the sub-diagram with the arrow.

Any ideas?

I removed the previous post because I believe I found the issue. Pretty sure I've been baited by the diagrams. The physical location of the numbers doesn't seem entirely accurate.
