Blue Soft Top FJC in Monterey, CA

Has Toyota come out with a FJC soft top version??? Just this past weekend I saw a blue FJC with soft top. It had hard doors on, but a rolled down soft top - it looked like black canvas. I assume this was a custom mod, but just wanted to check. Anyone know who ownes this vehicle? Any pictures of this vehicle or a similar vehicle??
