Looking at this one, has some issues such as rear drum issues, fiberglass top paint/gel coat peeling ect.. Looks nice, solid and complete and has a mini truck front disc conversion on it already.

I think I can get it at 7500K. I know it not a 2F and is a 3 on the tree, just looking for something to putt around in, I would get a canvas top and some bows on it and reupholster the seats (coral) as soon as I got it.

Any thoughts, worth it?

It looks very complete and original (except the seat covers) and I see what looks like mostly surface rust. That said, I have to wonder what it looks like underneath. Plus, it's in California?? and you'll be spending upwards of $1000 to get it here. I might try to get it a little cheaper, maybe start at $6000 or $6500, whatever you're comfortable with.

It's in Texas, your right Jim but I thought these older ones were more rust resistant than the newer ones. I found a 74 with a 4 spd in Denver for 3K and just talked to the guy. Little more rust but way cheaper with better mechs, maybe go with that. Also saw a 78 in AZ for 6K.....Can always count on you for some wisdom Jim, thanks!

There are guys paying big bucks in the street rod world to reproduce the patina thats on the drivers side hood.
I'm not a big fan of blue but Im a huge fan of any original paint with little rust. Nice 40!

Guy from AZ is not getting back to me, but he did say I would hear from him by the end of the week, so maybe today. I do like this blue one and could always change the motor/trans down the road. Doors have a little rust but dosent look too bad. I doubt he will go lower that 7K, it's on ebay now with no bids. Also talked to a guy with a 74 4spd in CO that wants 3K and is supposed to send some more photos. Man, I think I do just like searching.... time to power wash the deck.
