At the end of a 4,000 mile trip (in my driveway, in fact) blew an EFI fuse. Cruiser has 68,000 miles on it. Was this a one-off event? A singularity? Could there be an underlying condition responsible? Fuel system related? Electrical system? (At 66,000 miles had extensive mods done, including addition of dual battery system, head light harness, LightForce lamps,LEDs swapped for intetrior incandescents.) Grateful for any thoughts.

What year? My EFI fuse blew a few times on my '94 after I had the O2 sensors replaced. The insulaton on the wires leading to the O2 sensors had rubbed through on the firewall. When the engine torqued just right...and the wire(s) found the right spot on the firewall, it would short out/blow the EFI fuse.

I doubt the fuse would blow for no reason.

Good timing on it though...if it's going to blow anywhere, it might as well be in your own driveway.

Sorry no help on you EFI fuse...but am I reading this correct...you switched from LEDS in the dome lights to incandescents?

May I ask what you did with those LEDS? :D.....I am about to buy some.
