I can't figure out how to blow up your pic, kind of hard to read.
You went just over 12k miles this time, right? I am a firm believer in the full sythetics and longer oil change intervals, however 10k + is ALOT of miles on the same oil. It's cool to think that they still protect, but there are TONS of things that can affect how long you can stretch them out for. If the Amzoil isn't holding up as well as you would like, maybe you can get by with a less expensive sythetic? I had great luck w/ Penzoil Ultra in my V8 4runner. I like seeing more reports from Blackstone on here. I'm running Mobile 1 right now and since it was my first oil change after buying my rig, I'm not sure if I should send off a sample or wait until the next oil change, which at this rate will be a LOOOONG time! I'm playing it safe this go 'round and changing at 7500 or so, then I'll see if I can stretch it to 10k. I'm happy with 10k changes, that also allows me to get on the ground a couple times per year to check things out underneath.
Good luck!
