When I start the 60 there is a "black watery soot" substance that shoots out my exhaust. If I pump the accelerator it continues to shoot out, this only last for about a minute and usually is in the morning or after it's been sitting for a length of time. All emissions are intact. Is this normal? Does anyone elses cruiser do this?

TIA-

Sounds like a medical problem.

Wait, you mean it comes out the truck's exhaust? Oh, that's different. nothing to be concerned about. It is soot and water. Partially combusted hydrocarbons and water from the combustion of hydrogen & oxygen.

Yea, I didn't think it was anything to be concerned with. :)
