Would A Tail Light Lens From An Hj75 Fit A Bj75 ? I Have An Ens Toyota Dealer Unable To Look That Up And I Need A Tail Light Lens For Our Ug Mining Rig (1989 Bj75)

I would guess yes but I really dont know... BJ denotes a 3B engine (I4 Diesel) HJ denotes a 2H engine (I6 Diesel)... I would suspect other than the engine they'd be the same... but I really dont know

Edit: I'm not totally sure HJ means 2H... but it means some other engine anyways

I think they will all be the same. My parts shop lists the same part# for
FJ BJ 70/73/74/ FJ HJ75 11/1984 -5/1991

Not true, the 70/73/74 will be the vertical units in the rear body work, the 75 will only be the same if it is a troopy, if it is a pick up body it will have the tail lights in the rear frame member.

Carleen, since you deal only with cab chassis trucks, I can say yes, the HJ75 taillights will fit the BJ75. Now that you can't get HZJ75's anymore, what are you using?

carleen - im buying an 89 bj75 cruiser next week - I'll let you know where I get my parts - what are you looking for. HEY! anybody out there ever turbo a 3B diesel into a 13BT? is there a north american kit, or only the AU AXT kit?
