Looks a bit like a relay. There are manual and automatic ones.
Automatic ones have a bimetal contact that deforms and opens when overheating due to overload. When cooling the bimetal returns to original shape and closes the contact again.
In fuseboxes usually manual ones are used. There is a hole to insert a pin to reset it. More here.
