so what is your current spring setup? Stock 60 springs with the eye's reversed on both the front and rear?

Yeah basically, only changes I made were swapping some leaf’s out with the new leaf’s from the 70 series because my 60 leaf’s are old and rusty.
I think I have 6.5 leaf’s in the front and 8.5 leaf’s in The back. I don’t think the half leaf does much so more liked 6 and 8 lol

I put all the windows in in August with my dads help. It’s going so sit until next summer to get finished. These are just some height comparison photos. The Prado and hj61 have a 2.5 inch lift on 33’s.

Im back working on the 60, is safetid but needs a couple little things before driving. I made a windshield washer linkage bushing and printed it in PETG. it seems to be holding up fine. I also pulled the front diff to replace the arb locker o-rings. they were still working butt I wanted to do it because Im installing the long field axels at the same time.

I bought some 37's to fill in the wheel wells.With the spare tire the rearbuumper is 28.75inch off the ground. Legal height is 29 inches in Manitoba haha.

My transmission was popping out of gear., So Im using the bj74 transmission for now.
Right now im rebuilding teh h55f with some small changes. Im converting the vacuum shaft to manual shift. and adding a Marlin Crawler Toybox.

My dad bought a truck! this one was still on the road until now! It has a complete AC system, so I took all the parts to transfer over.
Holy s***.

As a dude from AZ this is wild to see, I can't believe it was still on the road.

I decided to modify my vacuums shift shaft instead of buying a new manual shift shat of conversion kit. In this picture I moved the cast piece that touches the shift collar to the end of the shaft and tack welded it(I'll weld it more later.. I don't have a photo but I also cut two slots for the detent pin.

Does anyone have experience with Marlin Crawler toy box's on the h55f? im wondering if there are any problems with the locking collar used to hold the h55 output shaft from walking back and forth.
I know @MyCruiserisaHogBeast had problem with his toybox behind the 4bt but down know the details. I found this one instagram post that look like it uses a c clip instead of a locking collar.

From my knowledge, only the the 4-speed's had replacement output shafts and used a c clip. Im wondering,

Did Marlin cut the c-clip groove into the output shaft on his own?
Is using a c-clip better than a locking collar?

Nice looking Truck! Wondering about the wheels you have on it…..Struggling to find something to fit…..
 
I can’t remember the last Toybox install I’ve seen. +10 years?
 
@woytovich didn't you install your toybox behind a H55 in your 60 long ago?
Yes... in my FJ60 (now sold)
H55f+Split Case+ToyBox (4.7)+4.56 diffs = 231:1... yeah, stupid slow. It was SO much fun.
