bj60 alternator/vacum pump

I have a oil leak between the two . I have not taken it apart , the factory manual shows no pics or instructions for seal replacement .
Anybody replaced the seal yet ? Is it an o-ring or lip seal ?

I checked the microfiche and it shows the part number 9099-14055 and it calls "Packing Vacuum pump" and it looks like an o-ring.
