Wanted BJ42 rear side vents

I’m restoring a BJ42 and my rear upper body panels have rectangle holes for side vents. I have a Canadian truck and the vents are part of the cold weather option that was available. My P.O. just screwed metal plates over the holes. I am looking to buy both the inner pieces and the covers for both sides.
