What is the asking price? Is it a complete set up or just the assembly?

75$ plus the ride for the complete assembly minus the rubber that goes to the intake or the metal tube that goes to the front bib.These are removed from Euro spec BJ's so all have fly rust and can use a coat of fresh paint.I might have some decent rubbers and the front tube but I need to check on those.

Nope all Euro HD Cruisers are 24V

I have only seen diesel 12V 40's in Latin America and most of them are already 'modified' way to much to have good usable parts

Ok, I would take a 24v harness and keep my Canadian rig 24v versus the 12v conversion the PO had attempted.
