Hi all, I'm thinking of selling my 83BJ60. I've had it for 11 years and put so much into it...but I can't do enough of the work myself to continue. I'm really attached to it, so this is hard, and I would love for it to go to someone who will work with it, and not just part it out.
I replaced the rear quarter of the frame, and had the rest welded tight. New radiator, did alternator, brakes, one front bearing, steering rod, rebuilt injector pump...I could go on and on. I took out the vinyl thinking I would replace it, but haven't. I'm not sure what to ask for it...obviously I'll never get the tens of thousands I put into it
...but if anyone is interested I can give you more details. I live in Western MA so you can see it in person if you're close.
