hmm, much food for thought, however, some real problems have cropped up in the meantime: leaky knuckle, excessive brake pedal travel...

Timing the pump is supposed to make a world of difference too. It is something not done often, and little decreases in performace over time are never noticed. Not that I have done it yet:) It's on my list...

Make tube to manual specs...
Adjust pump...

.........

Pull the nozzles and have the spray pattern checked, tips put under the microscope, and have the crack pressures checked every 100,000kms or so.

Might was well time the pump at the same time.

Do your valves at least once a year.

Change your engine oil/filter.

Change your fuel filter at least once a year.

Change your air filter at least once a year...or when needed (check every oil change).

Check your belts every oil change, and change at service specs or if needed visually.

Run a good fuel conditioner every tank.

And whatever else I missed that is on the Factory Service Schedule list.
