the $ required do what you described you could buy both.

I'd love to convert my 40 to a diesel only if it were to be a LBZ Duramax. Quiet, 360 HP and 660 LBS torque stock! Of course everything else in my 40 would EXPLODE! On a side note, I saw diesel up to 450 a gallon here in Calif! I'd have to get 100 miles per gallon and drive it 10 years before I broke even after that conversion...hehe
