When and Where... its been a couple of months.
We can do a local ride... Mountain Side or Back up to Stoney.
So lets hear it any suggestions?

My junk is still in pieces so I'm out for now on rides but can meet some where else.

I'm up for anything - meeting, ride or both. I would like to take a trip up to Stoney again at some point to test out the new stuff on familiar terrain.

Still have yet to meet any of you and still probably couldn't make it up there but if my p2 check ride goes well the first weekend of August I would be good for the next weekend. Still unlikely though. If there was a ride down here like at Boggs and Boulders (still not that fun and a bit expensive for what it is...actually almost criminal) it would at least give a place to meet for those that can't ever drive all the way up north.

The weekend of the 7th. I check around the 3rd so after that I can finally take a break from studying (about one week) before back to the grind for a few more months. Need to get my extended brake lines on but have yet to wheel since I put my lift and new tires on. Lent it to a German flight student who needed a car so for now she is just a commuter for him at 12 MPG . Not a bad way to shake it down. Heck he gets a good deal though..no maint and no insurance or registration. Man he better be buying the beer tomorrow night

Rock Rally at morris mtn this weekend... a few of us DownBottom boys will be there as well as some of our Jeep bethren from the ham...

August Meeting:
I request Aug 25, a Wednesday night. I'll be seeing doctors on the 25th and the 26th so I'm crashing at a sleezy hotel in B'ham on the 25th, the amount of doctors I see are not in clinic the same days...

So you'll be staying in Cullman? That might be a little far to get to and from your appointments on time.

I should have a few more beers on tap by the 25th and I will have both of my kids, but we could do it here at the house.

Maybe set up the kiddie pool, light the grill, and drink beer.
