Birfield rebuild ?????? For 1993 FZJ-80

I am in need of a frontend rebuild. The right front makes a clicking noise when turning to the left and sometimes the right. I only picked the rig up a couple months ago.
Sooooooooo.. I have been reading alot about it thru this forum. But have some questions #1) any specialty tools needed?
#2) good source of replacement parts if needed
#3) source of good directions ( only have Haynes and they dont really cover it )

#1 You need a 54mm socket, plastic for the floor and lots of rags, and other stuff more informed peaple will mention.
#2 You need to contact Cruiser Dan, Even shipping heavy stuff to Alaska he was the best price and service.
#3 Get a factory service manual, there the best, again contact C-Dan

There are all sorts of tutorials available free that I have printed up for this job on my 91, search around and you will be rewarded.
