I had one of these set ups a few years ago. I built it for around $300 but it took some time to find the parts on the cheap. The only thing to remember about these is the grease you process usually stinks. I mean bad. My wife forbid me to continue doing it in the garage. It's also very, very messy.
 
I wish I could use it too. I just bought a New 2500 Dodge with the 6.7 Cummings in it, but it is the new Blue-Tech motor and your not supposed to use bio-diesel or the veggie stuff in it...:censor:
 
That stinks, you would think with a name like blue tec it would be enviro friendly enough to use bio. If i had the stuff and space i would just do it for fun.
