I installed Bilsteins about 6 months ago at the highest setting to bring the truck to level stance. Noticing what appears to be positive camber when it sits in the driveway.
I had the alignment done and the mechanic said nothing was off.

Total Chaos at $775 simply is not an option.

Thoughts?

ouch. :)

Your fix is either control arms (useless to me too) or add a little weight to your front somehow. Do you have factory coils on them. My bilsteins are fine but my TLC weighs a lot more.

I didn't mean to hurt, but I have had two of these things and 4 different suspensions...the only thing that resolves the camber issue successfully and correctly in my experience is UCAs.

If you don't want to do it right, your only option is to live with it.

You are preaching to the converted Marc. Totally agree and could not have put it more succinctly myself.

I wonder sometimes why owners try to fight the impossible. If you lift your truck more than approx 40mm you will have run out of caster adjustment - always (and usually camber adjustment too) and will never get steering geometry back to spec, period.

The only way you can resolve this problem is with bigger UCAs and as far as I am aware the only manufacturer making a UCA specifically for lifted LC/LX 200s is Total Chaos (there is one other crowd offering an adjustable UCA which is a complete POS in my opinion and entirely unsuited to a heavy work horse like a cruiser.)

So, there is camber adjustment on the 200. Notice that on the Lower Control arms there is a gradient (like a clock) on the inner mount. Maybe the tech didn't bother to adjust Camber. It was only raised about 1.5 inches.

If here is no adjustment then I'll drop it to stock height. Just wanted to kill the stickbug stance.

There is camber adjustment. You may need UCAs as well, but you can loose the stinkbug look through adjustment.

What do you mean by this? With the 100 you could crank the T bars a little. What adjustment are you talking about.
