06 470. 200k miles. Air bags bad. So replace. The 470 is stock. It mainly gets used to take the parents to doctors appointments. Seat height. Went with Metal Tech rear delete with springs. Bilstein shocks. Trying to keep approx stock height. Back is raised about 2" from the middle height of the bags. Getting ready to do the front. I would like to raise the front about 1". What notch would you use on the Bilstein 5100 struts to get that?

per Bilstein's instructions:

They don't have a setting exactly at 1". Based on your usage, 0.85" might be the better option.

The first notch did raise it 1". The strut itself is a little longer. So that is probably the difference. Back is 2" higher and front 1" higher. I think that is about as close as I can get to stock.

glad to hear it worked out. it's sometimes hard to tell exactly how much lift you'll get when using factory springs since they might have worn out over the years and not have the same static height at rest.

Agree on the old stock front springs. It's probably sitting now at the stock height when it was new.
