Bike Rack Solutions????

Anyone with a slee rear bumper and and a ladder or tire carrier have any modified bike rack for 1+ bikes that doesn't sacrifice clearance. I did have a rocky mount rod tie on the ladder but i need to get more then one MTB on there. Am thinking about getting the NORTHSHORE rack but it is very pricey. ANY suggestions?

No i don't but if i did i wouldn't be able to upload cuz my file is full. But it is definitely a one bike option, now way you could get two on there. But for a short period i tube tied some sawed off yakima load bars to get two on there. It kind of worked, just looked crappy, and the clearance on the tubs from the body of the car when swinging the arm out were disconcerting.

I welded two fork mounts to my rear ladder and a support for the rear tire..
spend about $20 on metal and another $30 for two fork mounts...
Bikes are out of harm's way..(dirt, rocks, rear ended), the bike swing out of the way and I get to still have a free rear hitch if I ever need to use it.

I just rigged this up on the slee ladder. Yakima universal mount. Haven't taken it offroad yet, but it's good around town.

I do like that custom setup for two though!

Those look like they would do the trick, now I just need a rear bumper with swing outs. Think that would justify it?
