Those are sand tires, check Maxxis, Shaheen or Hero brands in UAE ( if you are there ? ) as they make these r16 and other size versions. You won't find them on any website though !!

Says 16 -11.00 on one of the pictures. I think that's about a 39x11-16 sized tire.
