Everyone just wanted to take a minute and say thanks to these folks!
I know you all make sure to say what they do to help you all and support events but just wanted to make sure to take a minute.
Many of you know I travel in the auto industry..... well the 85 4runner was due for serivice at 309,000 miles but as with any career time is valuable
On my travels over to Greenville SC, I thought if Ralph Hayes was on the way Ill stop, thanks to the trusty Iphone just 5 minutes off 85N and I was there
Called Josh (Service Writer) on the way and he said come on in, upon getting there he took great care. I was on a conference call (on mute)while in the dealership waiting so I started talking to parts folks mentioning Ih8mud....
next thing you know they say well the parts manager Rick had cruisers.
After all the discussions and what not the truck was ready.....
Just want folks to know cruiser karma exists at Ralph Hayes service dept.
