Thailand Made, same architecture as Wilw##d except for the brand engraving itself for you know the reason is. We have used this product for multiple applications like overlanding and truck drag racing and had stood up very well without any issues.

355mm full floating ventilated rotors F&R (customizable for slotted, dimpled or cross-drilled).
Customizable caliper color.
6-piston Front forged aluminum mono-block caliper with outer bleed valve.
4-piston Rear forged aluminum mono-block caliper with outer bleed valve.
Extended teflon-shielded stainless steel braided brake lines.
Sport brake pads 700°C heat rating F&R.
Front brake pads +115% surface area vs. OEM.
Rear brake pads +92% surface area vs. OEM.
DOT5 brake fluid compatible and recommend.

Caveat: compatible only with minimum 18-inch wheels. 16s and 17s wheels will not work it will hit the oversized calipers.

I have 3 sets (2 sets for 100 series and 1 set for 200 series) that is unspoken for as of yet. These are all on hand and ready to ship from Las Vegas NV. I haven’t opened the other kits yet so I don’t know what the disc rotors designs are and color of the calipers. Usual TAT for a custom set is around 45 days upon order

$3200 shipped anywhere here in the United States.

Items that come standard:
• aluminum billet caliper brackets.
• stainless steel fastening bolts.
• all rotors are ventilated.

Options:
• caliper color except special ones like chameleon color shifting types etc.
• cross-drilled + slotted.
• dimpled + slotted.
• slotted only.
• dimpled only.
• cross-drilled only.
• plain, basic.

Must do:
• cut off a small section on the rear brake shield to make fit the oversized aluminum billet caliper bracket.

As of this writing all 3 sets (2 for the 100 and 1 for the 200 have been sold) to a gentleman who wants to remain anonymous and owns workshop/dealership which he will be using in his current builds.

Additional system details and customizable options.

Rear BBK Installation details:
The edge of the OEM dust shield must be cut off (I recommend using a small rotary tool like a Dremel or similar brand) for a more controlled cut to make fit the T6061 aluminum bracket for the 4-piston oversized forged aluminum rear rotors.

Some numbers I can share:
Why ago for a full floater 2-piece Big Brake Kit?
• 60% less rotational mass means more coasting efficiency and less rotational drag.
• 40% more disc rotor diameter means more braking torque aka stopping power and this means shorter braking distance especially for a 6000-lb vehicle. Safety should be our top mod.
• forged aluminum caliper means faster heat dissipation vs OEM steel cast.
• 6-piston architecture means 70% more well-distributed and balanced clamping force across the brake pad surface.
• 100% (twice) more brake pad surface area vs. OEM means larger friction footprint means more effective braking power.
• 90% ventilation cavity on the rotors means better cooling. Cooling is the key to mitigate brake fade.

To add, this whole kit for the 100/200 series has an option for a full Carbon Ceramic Brake aka CCB like what Porsche, Audi, AMG has. If this set is already lightweight (50% lighter than OEM), the CBB package is 32% lighter.

What is the brake pad availability like?
The “sport” is usually on stock and readily available. We have the “normal” and “racing” rated pads as well to complete the spectrum what ever you need.

More wondering if the pad design is common to other models so pads from multiple vendors would be compatible. For example I think a number of aftermarket BBK’s use Porsche pads (dimensionally)

Yea they do! In fact most aftermarket manufacturers like us patterned our ISO design from existing car manufacturers which believe it or not bought the rights from 3rd party independent manufacturers like Brembo / Wilwood etc. As of now I don’t have that list yet, but it’s only a matter of time for me to get a hold of compatible brake pads part numbers from 3rd party manufacturers that will work on my brake kits.

Logistics:
Regular TAT (turn around time) is 45-50 days upon order of your bespoke set - from production to delivery to your preferred address here in the US.
VIP Expedited order processing and shipping is also available and TAT is cut short to only 8-10 days post order completion. Premium expedited method starts (variable based on few market factors) at $600.
We understand others can wait the regular TAT and some need it ASAP. And that option is available.

Front install guide:
Dust shield has to go, oversized 355mm rotor will hit the shield and won’t be possible to install.

I have been asked this question countless times, “will a 17-inch wheel work with your BBK for the 100/200 series?”

My answer is by manufacturing design it is “recommended to use 18” wheels”.

In actual fitment here is the amount of clearance when an 18x9 offset +25 you get with the 6-piston caliper installed.
IMG_8902.jpeg

It’s your personal discretion if you want to run 17-inch wheels. I think it will fit, just less clearance vs the 18s.

16-inch wheels will be a lot more closer if not the BBK caliper will hit the inner barrel of the wheel.

Another perspective of how stuffed the wheel barrel looks like.
