Big Bear Adopt-a-Trail run Sat September 3rd.

New outing: Saturday September 3rd. Quick trail clean-up and than Wheeling the Bear!

Big Bear Adopt-a-Trail Outing planned for Saturday, [STRIKE]August 27th. [/STRIKE] September 3rd.



SoCal Land Cruiser Club's Brian Salzer will be leading an Adopt-a-Trail work detail on Saturday [STRIKE]August 27th[/STRIKE]. September 3rd.


For those interested, please meet at the Fawnskin Fire Station at between 7:30 & 8:00 a.m. Arrive early if you want to have breakfast at the diner. Brian will leave the fire station and head to the trail at 8 a.m.


The plan is to only work until 12 p.m. have lunch and spend the rest of the day running Gold Mountain and/or John Bull! Maybe also Holcomb Valley trail.


For those of you who want to camp Friday night, contact Brian through the email below. He is planning a night run!!! John Bull under the stars???

The SoCal Land Cruiser Club made it up to Big Bear this weekend. Have to admit, it was such a beautiful day, we did not do much Adopt-a-Trail clean-up work! Below is what we did instead!!

Deer Valley FJ45 Run

Tony’s family, Randy and Polly, Jill and myself, drove up to the FJ45 run in Deer Valley over the holiday weekend. Great trip on top of the Sierras. We followed Randy over Monitor Pass on the way home. What a ride down the mountain!:)
